Santiago 1 complex , playa las americas , 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment with tiled garden in excellent condition, two ensuite bathrooms , open plan kitchen diner with all usual facilities, flat screen smart tv and wifi, leather settees and various furnishings. A private large garden complete with rattan furniture, loungers, table and chairs , enables a relaxing area to sunbathe or chill out . The location is superb being only 100 metres from the sea front and in a great location for all shops , restaurants , and amenities. Ideal for up to 4 adults.

Great Apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location close to shops, bars and restaurants but never troubled by noise. Very clean with a really large patio area which gets the sun all day. Would stay again

Excellent apartment

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apt it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The complex is immaculately maintained with a lovely pool area. The apartment is located in an ideal spot with everything you would need on your doorstep. The host was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a bother to him.

Def a keeper for us!

Had a great holiday in this apartment. Garden is huge and was a great bonus during covid restrictions. Very clean home with really comfortable beds and huge fans in rooms. A great central location to beaches, restaurants & shops etc. We arrived during heatwave 41deg at 10am but fans made sure we had a great nights sleep. Lots of storage in rooms and everything supplied in kitchen you could need. Great communication by Martin, before and during our stay ..he was really helpfull..especially when we managed to lock ourselves out oops!! Will def stay here again if available and would highly recommend to others.

Ideal for small families

Just got back from a 10-day stay at this apartment and it was perfect for us. Really clean, spacious terrace for our two children to have a play before heading out for the day/night. Ceiling / freestanding fans were a godsend for how hot it was during the day and night. Nothing was too much for Martin if we had any questions, prompt responses each time. Pool was good for the kids, as mentioned in another review it’s saltwater so can sting the eyes a little unless you wear goggles. Pool bar is reasonably priced and the food is nice. Have been to Tenerife loads of times and stayed in various places but would definitely look to stay here again.

Tres correct

Appartement correct et propre. Tres belle terrasse. Proprietaire tres prevenant et agreable. Il manque juste la climatisation. Les transats a la piscine sont factures 2.50 euros par jour et le parasol 1 euro. Cela monte vite !

Hi Severine , thanks for the kind review , yes their is a charge for beds by the pool , however in Santiago 3/4 the cost of hiring the apartments for a week is far higher than Santiago 1 complex , so if that is factored in it’s still cheaper even if paying for beds by the pool xx

Endroit charmant propre et calme.

Belle surprise, appartement situé dans le complexe Santiago 1. Très spacieux. Seul bémol, rideaux non occultant dans la chambre principale il fait clair a 8h. Au moins on profite de la journée. C est très propre. Lit confortable.

What a beautiful property. Very clean, beds and linen clean and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. Central to everything. Spacious patio garden. Very suitable for persons with mobility issues. Will deffo be booking again. Highly recommended

Brilliant stay.

Great experience from Martin from time of booking all the way to arrival. Prompt email response and fantastic apartment. We have already looked to rebook. Lost one star on the neighbours just they have a yappy dog but he did settle down so was not to much of an issue. Great location for everything and great pool albeit saltwater. There is a supplement for sun loungers each day but we'll worth it for a nice chilled pool. Great holiday can't wait to return.

Fab time in Tenerife

Loved every step of this wonderful 2 bed 2 bed property - from ease of booking to checking out Clean Fully furnished with all amenities inc washing machine Fab patio / plenty of chairs and ample space to chill Cannot fault it any way - booked already for next year !

Urlaub Oktober 2021

Die Apartment Anlage hat eine Top Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt, er antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Zum Objekt: die Badezimmer sind klein aber noch ausreichend, die Duschen sind dagegen sehr eng. Die Terrasse ist unglaublich toll. Kleine Hinweise sind vom Vermieter in einer Mappe zusammengefasst und sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank für alle.

Parque Santiago 1

Booked this apartment for a family holiday. In the end only 2 of us came. Wanted to change the booking but there was no co-operation from the owner. I contrast this with another owner of an apartment on Vrbo who allowed us to alter dates 4 days before we were due to travel. In the current uncertainty in future I will not book anything unless the booking is flexible. Having said that the apartment is spacious with a good private garden/patio. 2ensuite bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen . A walkway runs along the back wall of the patio which gets used as a skateboard park and we had a lot of noise at night which came from Parque Santiago 2. Obviously this is nothing to do with this apartment and beyond the control of the owner. All in all a pleasant stay but beware if your plans may change.

Hi Lee Thanks for your review , if it had been 3 months or more notice you requested changing your dates we would of had a chance to re sell your two weeks , but as it was only a few weeks before we would of had no chance of re selling your weeks , which would of meant us losing money for the weeks you had booked , our contract/ service was to provide you with our apartment which we honoured , if you could not travel for any reason you should of been able to claim in your travel insurance 🤷‍♂️ So maybe a bit unfair to expect apartment owners to lose money for any reason that you might not be able to travel 🤔 and as I mentioned we have moved dates provided we had 3 months or more notice and or we can re sell the dates that were booked , this way it’s a win win situation . Our policy to protect our business interests clearly stated , no refund for cancellation policy . Glad you enjoyed your stay

Short trip during pandemic

The appartment is in a good location. I found the kitchen utensils etc old or dated which needs relacing. It was also the general feel of the place, but then it is an old building. The tv is old there is no Netflix or smart tv, my brother couldn't use it. I couldn't understand why there isn't a bin for the kitchen under the sink or anywhere? So food waste was an issue everyday. Overall stay was good, I come to tenerife in the winter to train. I am not sure I would stay there again as I like my home comforts. The owner of the property was nice and efficient with communication

Hi Odette, Thanks for your review , although I do not agree with some of your comments , new utensils were replaced last year , although some maybe older , the tv is not a smart tv but it is only 3 years old , and of course most people don’t go on holiday to watch tv . Their was a bin in the kitchen not sure why it’s not still there , having said that we use black bin liner to discard waste in as they hold more etc ., and more convenient as has to be taken out each day . The apartment is not old or dated inside ? A lot of new furnishings in the last year and decor is modern including recent new curtains / pictures etc , it has every modern comfort as well ? As you can see by all of our other reviews your description / opinion is not shared , but I will take onboard your comments and continue to improve the apartment. Thanks Martin
