Villa Ena is a cozy house with 4 bedrooms, only 4 km from the center of the historic city of Pula.

The living area of 250 m2 consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

Each bedroom is equipped with beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is separate from the house, in a small utility house. As part of this additional building, there is a covered summer kitchen, an outdoor table and a grill/fireplace. The fourth bedroom also has a bathroom.

The living room has a large sofa and TV.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

10 people can dine in the dining room.

The fenced yard of 500 m2 contains a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a slide and swings for the little ones.

Please note that there is an apartment located on the upper floor of the house. The owner occasionally stays in this apartment.

The apartment has a separate entrance, which is accessed via the outside stairs located outside the Villa Ena yard.

Guests do not share any facilities with the owner, and the owner does not have access to the Villa Ena yard or swimming pool. Guests' privacy is fully respected during their stay.
