Karoti 5a is laid on one floor. Entering the house, there is a spacious living area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the facilities and devices where you can prepare your meals.
On the same floor, there are two bedrooms. Both consist of double beds. There is one bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is there for use.
The balcony doors open up to the balcony in where exists a dining table for six people and a lounge.
You can enjoy your private pool and the sun laying on the sunbeds.
From there the guests can enjoy the spectacular sea view by the sunset, the mountains and the green fields of Crete! The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying a dinner with family and friends. On the roof terrace, you can feel the clean air and you can relax on the sunbeds.

This beautiful two bedroom house with a private swimming pool, belongs to a nice complex called Karoti Pano Residence in a traditional Cretan village. Fantastic views of the White Mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Fully equipped for you to enjoy a fantastic vacation on Crete!
What makes this property unique
Karoti is a little charming village with approx. 250 inhabitants. It is located between Hania and Rethymno. The distance to Rethymno is about 15 km and to Hania about 50 km. The long sandy beach with a restaurant-bar is only 2 km away.
Karoti village has 2 "kafenios" (village cafe) and 1 tavern. The tavern is not always open, but if you go there in the morning and tell the owner, what time and what you would like to eat, the tavern will prepare everything for you.
Every day 2 vans selling fresh bread pass the village about 9.30 and 11.00.
A van with vegetables and another van with fresh fish pass the village almost every day. Just go down on the village road in front of the complex. You will hear the vans coming as they announce themselves on the loudspeakers.
The biggest village of Rethymno country (Episkopi) is about 1 km away from the development. There you can find It is a nice walk to the village taking the direct road (about 15min).
