About this space
Beautiful 2BR traditional Belfast terraced house in lovely community. For your convenience we have a living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfy double bedrooms and a separate full bathroom.
If you fancy stroll, a run, or a picnic our house is located just beside the beautiful (and award winning!) Ormeau Park. Getting to city centre is a breeze: either enjoy the interesting 19 minute walk or the 6 minute bus ride!
Within a few minutes walk you will find local shops and eateries.
The space
Our home itself is a terrace house in a superb location and comes with free on street parking. Both bedrooms have double beds with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The living room features a smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
The bathroom has been stylishly redecorated and we supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.
On street parking is free.
The Area
We are located on the Ravenhill Road and a 3 minute walk from Russell's Convenience store that sells all essentials including alcohol. A 10 minute walk through one of the most beautiful parks in the country will take you to the thriving Ormeau Road where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also an 6 minute bus ride / 20 minute walk to the city centre.
Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighborhoods to get from A to B. Northern Irish people are very friendly and will be happy to help you out if you need directions or advice!
For any recommendations please get in touch as we love to pass on our local knowledge.
Ormeau Golf Club is located about 1km from the house. It is a public parkland course and costs around £12 for nine holes. It is a wonderful course that is very welcoming to guests and also boasts a nice bar and restaurant.
Cleaning
To put your mind at ease, our house is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast.
Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!
Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm but please reach out 24 hours before and we will try to accommodate an early check in if possible (late checkouts are not possible).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point - anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
We love our community and will not accept any actions that impacts our neighbors right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
