Perfect location! I loved the quiet relaxing atmosphere yet we were only minutes away from the action. Richard was also a perfect host with attention to small details that made it an excellent stay.
The property owners thought of everything. The decor was so charming. The yard was perfect for my grandchildren, they enjoyed the house as much as I did. I am so blessed to have stayed here with my daughters and grandchildren. My heart is full.

Nice but lacking some basics
The place was nice and clean. Quite location. Close to everything. But really needs some curtains in bedroom to block morning sun and cable and Internet would have been nice.

Tiny-tactic! Better than hotel
Owner is very nice an accommodating. A great place to spend the night. We enjoyed it more than a hotel. It was clean. All towels and linens were good quality. Directions made it easy to find. Quiet peaceful setting - much more quiet than a hotel. Our kids loved the loft. Definitely would stay here again. Overall clean and modern.
We were looking for a small house close to fort campbell to visit our son who is serving the usa army and this was the perfect place for our needs. Originally we were goi g to be there over the 4th of july weekend but the area, the people in the area were so nice that we decyded th extend the stay for 2 more nights and the manager richard was so kind and he did not have a problem extending it for us. This was one of our best vacations we ever had since there are plenty of things to do with the family.
My sons and I came in town to visit my oldest who is stationed at Ft. Campbell. The house had the room we wanted and was only a 20 min drive to my son’s place, so that was nice. The house its self seemed to have a bit of a bug problem, especially in the loft. The bathtub and shower curtain were gross. I had to scrub the tub before anyone could use it. The refrigerator looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned out after the last guest. Due to the way the home is heated, it was difficult to keep a good temperature. Loft was hot and downstairs was cold. Also had an infuser plugged in when we got there that had the strongest smell that lingered throughout the house, even after unplugging it. So strong it gave me a headache for a day.
I rented this Tennessee Tiny House for my best friend who was doing a pregnancy announcement for her sisters. We had the best time! Richard was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. There are multiple seating areas outside and a fire pit - which we really enjoyed because of the beautiful Springtime weather!
The beds are all comfortable and soft.
The house is decorated beautifully.
From the appliances to the rugs, everything was new and so unique! It is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was perfect for our night away from home!
We are definitely planning on coming back! :)
I went to Tennessee to visit family. I typically stay in a hotel, because I get free breakfast. That does not entice me enough with disease floating around, everywhere. I now prefer to stay where I can be sure that everything I touch is clean and I am the only one that is touching it. I clean every place I stay in, first thing. This house was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything was in working order, until it wasn't. There was a major appliance that needed replacing, but the owner made arrangements to have it done quickly. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Check in and check out were painless. I would stay here, again, if I were to ever be in the area, in the future. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the scenery is pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a place to stay.

Amazing stay in a beautiful house
We came into Nashville to visit friends that live there. We were so excited after seeing the pictures. Upon arrival Richard met us welcoming us and showed us around. The pictures don’t do the tiny house justice!!!! It’s perfect. From the decor and charm made you feel right at home. As well as the most delicious chocolate chip cookies Richard left us!!! (Which I need the recipe). My husband and I were traveling with 2 14 yr olds (our daughter and her friend). They loved everything also about the tiny house. They loved the loft. It was their personal space. We all enjoyed the deck out back in the evening as well as the rocking chairs on front porch with coffee in morning. Richard texted me to check to make sure everything was perfect. The hospitality he offers is beyond what we expected. We traveled in to Nashville 2 days and the drive is really not bad. We all enjoyed coming home at night. It felt like our home rather than a stuffy hotel room. I look forward to returning to the Tennessee Tiny House
We loved staying in the Tennessee Tiny House. Perfect for visiting my family. Everything is nearby yet the house is in a very quiet area. Loved the corn fields.
Well renovated, clean, quiet and well appointed. Easy to find and we’ll organized and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again. We loved it! Have a great deck for warmer weather
My kids and I just moved from Clarksville to GA. We came back to visit and get some much needed relaxing and fishing. The home was perfect and beautiful. Host was great. We are ready to move back lol.

Great tiny house !
We
didn’t get the key code for the house we had to be on hold for 45 minutes with vrbo to get the owner information to get the code
But over all cute house clean very well stocked more then any other house .
The shower city was dirty and they went out a got a new one for us but to be honest it wasn’t even that bad .
I would definitely rent this house again when I visit my friend again .
Till next time tiny house it was a blast
Very cute, clean house. Quiet neighborhood/street but close to shops/dining/outdoors. Property owners very friendly and accessible. Definitely recommend
This was a fantastic way to visit the Clarksville area but still enjoy the quiet countryside. Home was immaculate and everything you needed for a couples getaway or a small family gathering. Richard was prompt and helpful to any questions we had. If every back in the area, we we love to visit the Tennessee Tiny House again!
