Beachfront Town Home i Playa Coco

Dette hjem er beliggende direkte på stranden ved Playa Coco. Playa Coco er en smuk strækning af lys sand 25 minutter syd for San Juan del Sur. Der er surfing på den nordlige side af Playa Coco, og det er en stor badestrand. Dette er det perfekte sted for en afslappende strand tur til en familie eller et par søger at komme væk fra stress og jag i hverdagen.

Ejendommen har satellit-tv, trådløst internet og back up generator. Der er en fælles pool og stranden er kun få skridt fra din front veranda. Hjemmet har en balkon ud soveværelse på den anden historie og et tag dækket for at maksimere udsigt over Stillehavet eller til stjerne stirre natten.

Den første sal har et fuldt udstyret køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue. Der er også en halv badeværelse på første sal.

Værelserne er på den anden og tredje historier. To værelser har eget badeværelse, og der er et fælles badeværelse for 3. og 4. soveværelser. Huset er cirka 2000 kvadratmeter.

Hjemmet er indrettet med håndlavede tropisk hårdttræ møbler fra Simplemente Madera.

Perfect Beach Spot to Bring Your Family

This beachfront town home in Playa Coco was the perfect spot to spend a weekend with my wife and young children and we can't wait to go back. The agent we booked through was incredibly nice, spoke fluent English, and made the booking process smooth and simple. If we ever needed anything during our stay the agent was easy to contact and delivered personalized customer service. The accommodations themselves are fantastic. Clean, spacious, and a short walk to the pool and one of the most idyllic beaches I've ever seen. The AC worked great and the condo had a modern kitchen, furniture, and WiFi access. The BBQ access made it feel like a home away from home. The beach and pool were not too crowded and there was plenty of space for my young children to explore and play. The sand and water were ideal for young children with tide pools full of tiny sea creatures to keep the children entertained. It's worth coming here just for the sunsets alone. Just 30 minutes from San Juan del Sur, Coco is quiet, safe, clean and perfect for any family with kids looking to enjoy some relaxing time on a beautiful beach.

High standard accommodation just in front of a beautiful beach

There are 20 houses just few meters from this really lovely beach, el Coco, really very comfortables homes, modern style, two levels, white nice modern ceramic floors, living room area with coach ant satellite tv, dinner and full kitchen area, with all you need to cook, clothes washing and dry machines. Great AC all the house, you will feel the cold. Modern and nice furniture in house. On the second lever three big rooms, master room with its own bathroom, with sea view, queen bed, second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with queen bed again, a second full bathroom. Big enough share swimming pool, right deep for kids, almost empty if you don´t come on peak season, security on the condominium non stop, beautiful and large garden area surrounding you. The beach is beautiful with very few more houses on it, therefore you are almost alone, long area to walk Ocean inside. This place is located 30 minutes by car from San Juan del Sur, half way with cobbled road, half not, but a normal car can go through. Long, quite, nice beach with lovely sunsets, you can swimming quitely. The service of Claudia from vacationsrentalsnicaragua was just excellent, she was attending everything in very professional way. Thanks. Just few things to improve, in some house the signal of the wifi is slow, normal speed at swimming pool area. On the ocean there are stingrays you have to take care with them. They clean the condo only every three days, for the price you pay I suggest daily cleaning. The coachs are no so comfortable because the pads slides. No matter the minor inconveniences I really recommend this place, for family with kids and romantic couples.

A gorgeous beach retreat!

My friends and I visited the beach homes at El Coco and fell in love with the community. We rented 4 villas and didn't want to go anywhere else. The amenities are fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and the property is kept and maintained very well. We spent a week there with about 25 people, so we can definitely confirm it's the best location to keep a large group close. Hope to return soon!

Great for families

We loved our vacation at Playa Coco Townhomes! The facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the location. The beach is spectacular -- long beach with shallow water, rocks and tide pools for exploring, and some shade. We also loved that the pool and beach are just steps from your lodging. We plan to make this an annual get-away for our family!!

Perfect Beach Front property

We stayed at Coco Beach Town Homes las December for New Years. The apartments are spacious, central airconditionar, fully furnished and very comfortable for a 1 week stay. Our realtor, Gabby helped us settle in and checked on us through out the week too see if we needed anything. Customer service is very personalized. The townhouses are perfectly front-beach located just a few meters walking distance from the coast. Its a perfect spot for babies and small children. The gardens are amazing and there is plenty of space for children to play. A pefect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

Relaxing get-away at a stunning beach

We stayed in Playa Coco for a week during our holiday break and absolutely LOVED it. The house is really great, the rooms spacious and central ac worked like a charm. The house is steps away from the beach, which is beautiful and not as crowded as nearby San Juan del Sur. We stayed here with my family and 3 children. Our daughter really enjoyed the house and its proximity to the beach made our stay a lot easier. The condo also comes with access to the community pool area, which is clean and well maintained. We didn't use it as much because well, we really wanted to take advantage of the beautiful coast line. The house itself is well-maintained and clean. You can buy freshly caught fish from local fishermen, and grill it on the condo grill (there is also another one by the pool). The condo patio is a great spot to enjoy a couple of drinks and enjoy the property's beautiful gardens, and perhaps, mingle with a few of the neighbors. Our only complaint was the quality of the wireless. It worked, just not as fast as we are accustomed to. However, it encouraged us to enjoy the beach and our vacation that much more. Overall, great property. We will definitely return. We are so thankful of our Realtor Gabby for helping us find this gem.

My family and I stayed at the Cocos Town Home for New Years and it was a great experience. The house was perfect for my big family and had all the commodities needed. The green area was really peaceful and beautiful. The beach was perfect for walks and relaxation. We felt really safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Coco town homes for anyone.

Great townhouse at fabulous beach!

Had one of the most relaxing vacations from recent memory thanks to staying at Playa Coco and this townhouse. Staff was incredibly helpful and were able to help us obtain fresh fish/seafood. Anything we needed was attended to expediently. House is in pristine condition and everything worked without any issues. Easy to wash/dry clothes if needed, grill on the BBQ, and watch a movie at night.

Playa Coco condos

We've actually rented there 2 or 3 times. Location is quite convenient and the condos themselves are kept in very good shape. They are right next to a pool and the beach is less than 100 yds in front of you. Of all the beach places I've been to in Nicaragua, this is by far one of the best.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay at Coco beach was outstanding. The condo is really fabulous. Very clean, simple yet elegant. The contemporary furniture and very comfortable beds with ceiling fans were tasteful and very enjoyable. The open floor plan allowed for easy cooking and coming in from the beach. The doors opened up right onto a little patio that led directly to the beach. Stunning sunsets, very child friendly pool and outside faucets to clean your feet made enjoying the water and views very easy. All the amenities (washer and dryer too!) one needs yet very private and gives you the feeling and really being away from it all. Would definitely return even with friends to rent the condo next door!

Is CooCoo for Coco Cliche?

We had an amazing time at these condos. They were clean and well furnished. Our two children loved walking the grounds and playing on the beach. We took a stroll one morning and found a family of monkeys playing in the trees (the four year old hasn't stopped talking about that yet). The beach was stunning with views of Costa Rica. The apartment was well equipped with cooking stuff for dinner and the staff was friendly. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We plan to return soon.

American couple with grown children and grandchildren

Our entire family found Playa Coco a relaxing interesting spot. Our unit was very clean and well appointed and any request was quickly addressed by the bilingual staff. Those who wanted to relax loved the pool and beach, or cooking at home, while the more active, adventurous and younger generation loved the night life in San Juan Del Sur and the tourist attractions like zip lining and horse back riding. We never ran out of new places to meet, eat or explore. Prices were really reasonable for food and drink. The weather was consistent and blissfully warm. The other guests we met were also multigenerational and we made new friends. We are ready to return.

Beautiful and Relaxing

I visited Coco Condos last month, and absolutely loved it! I am from Texas and there are certainly no beaches as beautiful, nor as tranquil, as Playa Coco in Nicaragua. The condos themselves are amazing, set in a beautifully landscaped corner of the beach, and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing and fun stay. There is a pool on the grounds, and the beach is only a few steps away. I loved it and would go back tomorrow if I had the chance!

Wir haben in diesem August 2011, eine zweiwöchige Rundreise durch Costa Rica und Nicaragua gemacht. In Nicaragua mieteten wir dieses schöne Traumhaus, perfekt für die Vierköpfige Familie plus Grosseltern. Wir waren begeistert von diesem, ca 25 minuten von San Juan del Sur entfernten direkt am Strand gelegenen Haus, es ist mit allem ausgestattet, wie sateliten TV, Wifi Internet, Frisches Trinkwasser, Generator, ein perfektes Haus für die ganze Familie, zum ausspannen, Swimmingpool, Terasse und der dem Schönsten Ausblick. Es gibt eine grosse voll ausgestattete Küche, man fühlt sich wohl, wie zu Hause nur noch viel Besser, Danke für den tollen Service und die Betreuung im und rund ums Haus. Perfect Relaxing Get-a-way

I have stayed at the Coco Condo's twice now, and it has always been a great experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay relaxing and hassle free. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, perfect gradual slope to the beach so the waves do not crash right on the shore making it pleasant to wade in the water with my baby. The common areas were beautifully landscaped, the pool was large and the views, amazing.

Excellent place to relax

My family and I, with other friends, went to Coco recently and we had the most wonderful time. The condos are fully equipped with all types of amenities for all ages, the beach is amazing and the place is very peaceful - you can barely tell that there are several other condos in the development. We went for the weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are definitely going back there again as soon as we have a chance. We highly recommend it. Relaxation at its finest

Having stayed in numerous vacation rentals throughout San Juan del Sur, I can honestly say that the condos at playa coco are the best! The units are gorgeous, with beautifully carved furniture, top of the line linens, totally modern kitchens, and more. Even more wonderful than the units' amenities are the beach access (you are literally steps away from one of the finest beaches in the entire country), the gorgeous views, and the awesome pool. Janel, the property manager, and his wife, Ani are incredibly attentive, helping to move luggage into our unit, answering questions about the area, and keeping the place impeccable during our stay. Witness just one beautiful sunset from this place and you will never want to leave. Hands down, the best place to rent in Nicaragua.

Perfect getaway

Rented this property with my family last July (2011). Such an amazing experience. We've traveled a good amount in Central America, and I promise-- you cannot find Pacific beachfront getaways like this anywhere else. The house itself was totally modern and clean, it felt like a place we could live in long term, more than just a vacation spot. And the beach... simply otherworldly. The area has great beaches to start, even the San Juan harbor is beautiful. But, playa coco is sublime. We'll be back!
