Enjoy the Sonoran Desert from this single story home in a peaceful, sustainably designed foothills community. The covered porch looks out to the Rincon Mountains & the bedrooms & living room look onto a private courtyard through sliding glass doors. The comfortable living room has a great entertainment center with surround sound & a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large private bath with walk-in shower & two closets. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed & plenty of closet space. A hidden office area with wireless high speed internet is located off the dining room. It's a five minute drive to Saguaro National Park East and the Fred Enke Public Golf Course. The Rincon and Catalina Mountains and riding stables are close by. Whats green? Our house has solar hot water & electric and native landscape with reclaimed irrigation. The Civano Community provides walking paths, a tennis court, two solar heated swimming pools & a friendly community. fitness center. The community center is within walking distance and has an eye doctor and a dentist, studios to take ballet classes, massage and a beauty salon. AZ license 21546051.

A very inviting home in a pleasant neighborhood

I was traveling alone, and this was such a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and play host from time to time. The house was well-equipped, and stores are a short distance away to stock up on provisions. Just loved my walks in the friendly neighborhood. Will look forward to returning.

Excellent, wonderful experience!

We are local to the Tucson area. We had a home emergency and needed to find a place to stay for respite while our home was repaired. We were able to find this place quickly. They accommodated our family and pets. The check-in process was very smooth, and all of the details were handled professionally and kindly. We had privacy and responsiveness from the hosts if and when we needed it. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained. There is a sweet little bakery just down the street that we indulged in our last day. We took morning walks and enjoyed the scenery. The home amenities were perfect for us. Two of us work from and made use of the office nook. The bedrooms are comfortable. Everything was clean and felt accessible. They anticipate needs really well. We loved our stay and it ended up being an extended one. Highly recommend.

Great place; nice neighborhood

The home met all of our expectations and then some. The backyard was not big, but it was bigger than the pictures seemed to indicate. For the 7 weeks we were there, we felt the place was comfortable and well appointed. I’d stay here again.

Peaceful and Convenient Setting

Excellent location for pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Secured private courtyard. Had everything we needed with really comfortable beds. Shelly, the on-site manager, was very attentive to any need or request we had. Lovely, friendly, quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed.

Civano get away

We had a great time - loved Civano area. Our unit was bright and well equipped and well equipped and the property managers were on top of things and very helpful. Would book again but it was laready taken for next year.

Wonderful Property

I have to say this property was one of the most well equipped properties I have ever stayed at!! The kitchen had literally everything you could ask for to cook! They even had a pound of good coffee waiting for us. Every thing was comfortable and clean, the patio was secluded and charming. You could park out side the front door or could park in the garage. Super close to the amenities ie.. pool and tennis’s courts. My husband still had to work while there and the “office” supplied that option for him. Great speed internet connection. With our daughter just giving birth and her stationed there for a few more years we will definitely use their services again!!

Great house in a cute neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything we needed and more. Furniture was comfortable, the place is clean and there was enough backyard for our dogs. We would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood was really cute.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

I can't say enough nice things about this place. It's super quiet, peaceful, very clean, and just enjoyable. The neighborhood has everything you need. Close to shopping without being in the middle of the city. The host is amazing, took care of all my needs and was very helpful. I will be returning!

We very much enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the house, the location, neighborhood and the neighbors. We had an extended stay and Jim was always available if there was a question. The house has everything you need. We will return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay at Jim's place in Civano. Close to all amenities. People in the community are super friendly. The fun box provided was a plus! Played Pickle ball for the first time. Property manager Peggy got right back to me with answers to my questions. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great community absolutely wonderful

House was even more beautiful in person lots of space ,lovely backyard colorful flowers and alot of hummingbirds. Great furniture though out the house only thing masterbedroom bed a little hard on the back and needs TV in master bedroom besides that this place was over and beyond perfection they even had a gated playground next to the house for my kids and a pool right a cross the street from the house. Jim the owner was a very nice man ,he literally thought of everything you could possibly need well renting. Even had toys and pool stuff there for kids and me .so yes I really loved this house and would love to stay there again ❤♥💕💗💙

Home away from home

Have come back again and will do so again next year. Most importantly, Jim is a very hands on host even tho he’s not near at hand physically. He’s very responsive to any need that came up. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of walking paths and generally very engaging. Close to good hiking/biking opportunities. I had the pleasure of watching 2 hummingbird babies hatch/fledge within the private courtyard where Momma had built her nest. Comfortable setting with ample supplies of everything you might need. Lovely in every way.

Civano property

Loved the community atmosphere and the area, east side of Tuscon but easy to find grocery stores and shops. The property itself was perfect for the 2 of us. Could have a more thorough cleaning of windows, ceiling fan, bathroom vents and shower, but since we were there for several weeks we do our own cleaning anyway. Overall it was great, Jim and the property manager were good to work with. Hope to get pictures of the baby hummingbirds who nest in the back courtyard. Thanks.

Great Property!

I really enjoyed staying at this property! The owner is very responsive to questions and just comes off as very nice! The property is very comfortable and the patio area is super cute. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook, and it is well stocked with towels and linens. There is cable t.v. and reliable wifi.

9 week stay during Covid

Rental is in a quaint and charming neighborhood albeit densely populated. Rental is cabin-like with iron and woven furniture, broom clean, fully stocked kitchen. Everything works perfectly, plenty of hot water and is as promised in listing. Owner is accomodating and ready to please. I did find the area noisy, my husband did not. There is air traffic from local military base(s) during the day and night. Also, it is a neighborhood that starts early in the morning with construction, traffic, and landscaping maintenance sounds. Needless to say, these are all out of owner's control. All in all, it serves up great value and makes for a comfortable stay.

A Beautiful Community

Jim’s place provided the perfect home base for our explorations of southern Arizona! We took many walks around the friendly Civano community and had easy access to beautiful desert romps. We had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable, though for us, the beds were a bit too firm (we like a little cush for the tush!). Especially enjoyable was relaxing on the chaise lounges in the courtyard after our explorations. All throughout our experience, Jim was a pleasure to communicate with. We loved our time here—thank you, Jim!

Very nice community

This was a great place to stay. Civano and the home are much prettier than the pictures show. Great value.
