We really enjoyed our stay here, lovely apartment in a good area and if we visit Porto again we would look to book here happily. The only thing that could have been improved was in the listing when we booked it said the first couple of days of supplies would be provided, then just before we arrived our check in message stated only the first days supplies - but on arrival there was no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. We had already arrived prepared so this was no problem for us but something to note for others if they book, there is a supermarket close by to get any supplies too

Overall, I recommend this place. It was great value for money and I will most likely stay again : Located in a nice and quiet area. The apartment had everything you need The furniture in the sitting room was quite dirty and 3 big open boxes of breakfast cereal were left in one of the presses in the TV cabinet. It wasn't easy to find the keys of the apartment. The instructions could have been a bit clearer.

Hi Eugenio, Thank you so much for your review and for recommending our place! I'm glad you enjoyed the quiet location and felt the apartment provided everything you needed. I appreciate your feedback on these matters and will address the cleaning concerns with our team to ensure that the furniture is spotless for future guests. I apologize for the leftover cereal boxes, rest assured this has been looked at. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the key instructions and will work on making them clearer for a smoother arrival experience. Thanks again for your valuable insights, and I look forward to welcoming you back soon. GuestReady Team

Schade. Sonst hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben.
