Atypical house 3* on the Seine

This old fisherman's house has been transformed into a charming 3-star gîte and welcomes you all year round in one of the most beautiful corners of the Ile de France, between the Seine and Loing rivers and the magnificent forest of Fontainebleau and its rock-climbing sites. The house is an ideal starting point to discover Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing and Saint-Mammès, Milly-la-foret and Barbizon. The Scandiberique (Eurovelo 3) passes right in front of the house!

The house has a bedroom with a king size bed (160 cm) and upstairs a living room with 2 sofa beds (also a sleeping area for children with a double bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is also available. On the first floor, the lounge area with flat screen TV and work space allows you to relax after a sporting or cultural day. Free WIFI in the house. The terrace with its garden furniture offers a magnificent view on the Seine and you can spend beautiful evenings in peace, without vis-à-vis.

The house is located in the historic district of Champagne Sur Seine, 5 minutes from the foot of the race (direct train to Paris in 40 minutes) and the shopping street where you will find many shops: bakery, butcher, supermarkets (Carrefour, Aldi etc. Auchan) open on Sunday mornings, tobacco press, restaurants.
Fontainebleau is 10 minutes by car and the forest with its climbing sites 15 minutes. You can go for a stroll in the beautiful medieval cities (Moret sur Loing, Saint-Mammès, Nemours) which are 4-5 km from the house. If you like canoeing, the Loing offers beautiful descents and swimming sites or simply on the Seine in front of the house.

Gîte charmant, aménagé avec goût, et qui possède tout le confort nécessaire. L'emplacement avec vue sur les bord de Seine est idéal pour contempler les péniches qui passent. La proximité de la gare RER R est un plus. Excellent rapport qualité prix..

Romantisches Häuschen an der Seine

Mit so einer Überraschung hatten wir nicht gerechnet! Ein nostalgisch-romantisches Häuschen, liebevoll und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Eine wundervolle Terrasse zwischen Bäumen und alten Dächern rundet diese saubere und schöne Unterkunft ab. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da und wären gerne länger geblieben. Auch die Kinder fanden es hier sehr angenehm
