Studio duplex totally independent
The duplex studio is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. On the 1st floor : living room, dining table, work space and equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor in mezzanine : double bed, shower room and toilet.
The cottages are located in a quiet street (easy parking), while being close to amenities. The city centre is a 10-minute walk away and offers a multitude of shops (caterers, butchers, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarkets), designer shops and many restaurants.
For a pleasant stay, you have at your disposal: washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, combined oven/ grill/ microwave.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are also provided.
Possibility to rent bicycles for an additional fee.

Gîte agréable et bien situé à proximité des commerces et des principaux sites de visite
Gîte propre et bien équipé (manque peut être un four pour faire des tartes aux légumes (pour les végétariens) et aux fruits). Proche du centre ville et des sites de visite de la maison Jean Cocteau et de la chapelle Saint-Blaise des Simples.
