Apartment in Benidorm in the Levante beach area, has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.

The apartment is cozy, is very light, and is 70 m². It has views to the swimming pool.



It has an elevator, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, seasonal community pool, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival , 2 TVs.

The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Lovely little apartment

apartment suited our needs perfectly for a long weekend during the fiestas. Great location, clean and spacious once the extended enclosed balcony was opened up. Added bonus was the apartment being on floor 1 so we never had to use a lift all stay. N/A

Perfectly adequate

Very well appointed, however a couple of things need replacing Would suit 1-2 people on a self catering aspect also Could be made to feel more spacious opening the apartment in to one area, plus bedroom and bathroom.

Lovely apartment in a block. with a pool. 1min walk from all amenities etc. One bedroom, bathroom with a shower/bath, kitchen and dining room with an enclosed patio that you could open all the windows with. Recommended 👍👍 Nothing..

Miła i pomocna obsługa , wszystko poprawili jak trzeba było. Blisko wszędzie, parking na miejscu. Przestronny i duży apartament. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Klimatyzację, które dobrze spisywały się w chłodne noce w lutym. Brak kawy i niestety smród papierosowy.
