Renovated apartment on the second line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and can accommodate 4 people.

65 m² accommodation furnished with taste and modern, it has a large glazed terrace with views of the sea and the city.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 2 Televisions (Smart TV), washing machine, iron.

The open-plan kitchen with induction hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in are carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 AM

Although the weather has been terrible , this apartment is just great, the views are unreal. I could live in this apartment, the colour scheme is just perfect. There's everything you need. I will definitely look for this when coming back to benidorm. I've never known this apartment be available, so I feel extremely lucky, thank you so much ☺️ Absolutely nothing, not to like. Anyone with any complaints, I'm afraid, there's something seriously wrong with you.

It’s a beautiful apartment with everything you need, it’s nice and big it has beautiful views from the apartment as it’s on the top floor. The lifts only worked to floor 11, it wouldn’t work to floor 12 so if you have mobility issues it might not work for you but maybe the lifts are fixed now, there was no staff there so that’s why it’s a low score for that one and maybe they should think about allowing mobility scooters there

Amazing apartment and one we will attempt to use on our next visit. Amazing facilities, all mod cons, fully loaded with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the location was absolutely perfect for the strip, the bar and all our restaurants. can't rate this property high enough. Only a minor issue. The TV. We didn't really use it but it was so complicated and we only wanted to find a few music channels...

Beautiful apartment but have to pick the keys up far away and can't check in until 4pm!

The apartment was beautiful. So clean and modern and in a perfect location. Had to wait until 4pm to collect keys (we arrived at 11am so waiting around all day with bags) from a location quite far away then walk all the way back again. Also had to walk all this way to drop the keys back off and walk all the way back for our transfer. They definitely need a key safea member of staff to meet you at the apartment.
