A brand new modern apartment in the old town centre of Frigiliana.

This amazing apartment allows you to enjoy the modern amenities whilst feeling immersed in the typical old Spanish town. The apartment boasts 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed which pulls out to have two single beds (provided under paid request). The living room is bright and airy, with a large TV and sofa chill out area, along with the dining table and free Wi-Fi (fiber optic of 300MB) and air conditioning. From the living room you can walk out on to the balcony and enjoy the views of the town and mountains. The kitchen has all modern necessities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine and has all utensils needed for a comfortable stay. You can also enjoy a modern bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is in the centre of town, located in a pedestrian street, and you are in walking distance of all shops, bars and restaurants. Car not necessary.

Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 200€ .

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.

It is not allowed under any circumstances to exceed the maximum capacity of the house (4 people in this case). Under penalty of up to € 300 depending on the case.

Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. Since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged.

In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.

Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.

The towels and sheets of the house are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.

Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.
