Our villa is perfectly positioned between 2 of the town squares, Spanish Springs, and Lake Sumter Landing, giving you a choice of which free nightly live bands you want to see.

The quiet neighbourhood of La Paloma Villas is next to the Recreation centre of Tierra Del Sol which includes one of the 18-hole golf course, heated pool, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard and a wonderful Bar and Grill.......If 18 holes is not for you, then don’t worry, the 9-hole, par 3, De La Vista executive golf course is located next to the entrance of La Paloma Villas.

Our recently updated, fully furnished villa is open plan and has been fully modernised to give you a bright and relaxing home away from home, containing everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Kitchen – Features all major stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, electric stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher plus all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans and cutlery etc.

Living & Dining Area – Entryway console table, 6-seater dining table that extends to seat 8 if needed.
Reclining leather corner sofa, flatscreen HD TV with Roku, modern lighting and remote-control ceiling fan.
Located at the end of the living area is the enclosed lanai, an ideal spot for relaxing and watching the Florida wildlife or reading a book.

Master bedroom – King size bed, HD TV with Roku, remote control ceiling fan, plenty of drawer space and a walk in closet.

Ensuite – Modern walk-in shower with power showerhead and extractor fan. Solid surface worktop and basin.

Guest bedroom – Can be used either as an office or a bedroom. The Queen size murphy bed is easily accessible or leave the room as an office with a designated workspace. USB and electric outlets all ideally located to keep up on your correspondence while away.

Bathroom – Ideally located next to the guest bedroom it has bi-folding doors to allow your guest to close off the living area, giving them their own private bathroom. With a bath, shower, sink and granite work top.

Outside - Seating at both the side and back of the property within the walls of your private courtyard, ensures you can either position yourself in the sun or the shade throughout the day.
