Profitez du confort et de l'intimité de cette magnifique villa sur cour dans la magnifique zone de loisirs de Floride appelée The Villages. Votre villa sur cour sera entièrement meublée et d'une propreté impeccable à votre arrivée La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour vos besoins de cuisine et il y a un barbecue à gaz sur le patio / véranda pour le maître du grill.
La chambre principale avec salle de bain privée a un lit king size. Utilisation de la 3ème chambre comme repaire qui a une télévision couleur de 47 "avec connexion Internet et le salon a une télévision de 55 pouces. Il a également une porte patio menant à la véranda, profitez d'un verre de vin le soir ou d'une tasse de café le matin en toute intimité dans votre véranda ou dans la cour. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen.
Cette villa sur cour est située dans le village de Hillsborough, qui est idéalement situé pour les terrains de golf, les piscines, les courts de tennis et les terrains de pickle ball. Country club privé, club de loisirs Seabreeze & Eisenhower. Nous sommes à 15 minutes en voiturette de golf de Lake Sumter Landing Square et Brownwood-Paddock Square. Ici, vous pouvez profiter des restaurants, des magasins, du cinéma et des divertissements professionnels gratuits tous les soirs sur toutes les places du village.

Wonderful stay in The Villages!

Great stay! Convenient to everything and had all the necessities. Included golf cart was so much fun exploring The Villages on the cart paths! Location was great- just a 5 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Square! Villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Would stay again!

Enjoyed the comfort of the villa. It was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was great and close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart.Host made arrival very easy with very detailed instructions!

Our Stay in The Villages Florida

Summer Fun

We had such a wonderful stay. The golf cart gave us the freedom to slow down and see more. The Square was awesome as always. Morning walks were safe and secure with many persons walking their dogs. Location highly recommended and the accommodations were like being home.

Love the Villages

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. The villa was immaculate and well equipped. It is well located to many Executive Golf Courses and to 1 of the town centers…Brownwood. Would highly recommend this villa.

Everything was as it says for this place, the host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. Place was in a great location to the pools and the Brownwood Squares. Golf cart was a great benefit to getting around The Villages. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in The Villages.
