Villa Xanet by Villa Plus

This impressive Spanish villa is located amid the Pollensa countryside, with the beach and facilities of Alcudia all within a short drive. Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa are also within easy reach. Villa Xanet has several impressive features including its fantastic countryside and mountain views, a secluded position, lawned garden and unique turret with double bedroom! WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms are included.

Although Villa Xanet is located in the Pollensa countryside, the house is closest to the beach and amenities of Alcudia. Within a short drive you'll find Alcudia's old town, port, centre, waterpark and golf course! But if you do want to venture to Pollensa, or the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa, both are also easily accessible by car. You'll have a huge and diverse choice of restaurants and shops as well as a number of great beaches all within easy reach.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
