The property is on the Tweed trails, the Pentland Way and the European Long Distance Path. As such it offers some of the most stunning scenery for walking and cycling. Scotland’s largest dry ski slope is about 15 minutes away by car with Edinburgh city centre just 17 miles away (a local bus service is available). The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle (45 mins) are both a must as is Princes Street for shops and attractions. 5-star rated Rosslyn Chapel (*VisitScotland) is just 12 miles away. Glasgow, Stirling, and Perth are all accessible within around an hour by car.
