Cannot write enough about how happy we are with this stay, the annexe is clean, comfortable and relaxing with everything you need inside. The hosts are both lovely, very friendly and welcoming and we cannot thank you enough. We especially loved getting to play with your 3 wonderful dogs! Thank you again, can’t recommend enough!

An outstanding accommodation with everything provided for maximum comfort. No need to look any further - book now. Convenient to bus stop for ride to city centre. Or just head to the local pub or fish & chip shop. Highly recommend & would stay again.

This was the first time me and my childhood friend traveled to Europe ever. We have never felt so welcomed and comfortable this far from home. Fiona is an absolute gold star 10/10 host. She had a welcome basket and roses waiting for us with more than we expected in the way of amenities. It was spacious and lovely. You will not find a better space and hosts with such a reasonable price elsewhere. You will not be sorry to book with her and will find no complaints whatsoever from us. Cheers!

We cannot fault our experience. Fiona is a warm and welcoming host who communicates well and has set a vey high benchmark for other properties to follow. The apartment was huge, beautifully appointed and had more amenities than we needed. Fantastic comfortable bed, kitchen with many staples, and a generous welcome basket and fruit bowl. We parked our car safely at our doorstep then after a short walk we were on a bus exploring.If you are lucky enough to see this property available, grab it.

The property was spacious, with high ceilings, tasteful décor, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It featured a well equipped traditional kitchen and a modern bathroom.Fiona was an excellent host, providing a thorough orientation to the property, its appliances and amenities, as well as helpful information about the local area. The property is located in a quiet laneway while still being conveniently close to the city. Fiona also provided a thoughtful selection of welcome items, which made settling in easy and comfortable.

Our stay in this property was wonderful. The Annex is homey and comfortable. Fiona greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She gave us information on the area and left us with a awesome welcome basket. We uber to travel to the downtown area with no issues at all. Definitely a 10 our of 10.

Well-equipped, Comfortable Stay

It was so nice to finish up a day of sightseeing and be able to return to the Annexe with all its amenities. Everything was super clean and the welcome basket got us through several days without needing to buy breakfast. Wonderful place to stay!

The host met us upon arrival and showed us around the apt. She was very friendly and shared info about the location and transportation means into the city center. The apt was spacious, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. In addition, we were greeted with a basket of breakfast foods and treats. One of our favorites! We would highly recommend.

Spent a week visiting Edinburgh and surrounding area. Lovely accommodation ideally situated away from city centre but with easy access to bus links. Great to leave the car while visiting city centre. Amazing visit and the coziest vacation

My partner and I loved our stay here. The hosts were extremely nice and attentive if we needed anything or had questions. They left us a nice welcome basket with milk, biscuits and other things that were useful and delicious! We cannot wait to come back here again

The Annexe was perfect. Everything we could have asked for and more. Fiona and Alastair are lovely hosts and the space is very comfortable and suitable for longer stays. We wish we could have stayed longer than our 3 nights.
