About the host
Hosted by rae winfield
After meeting at work (Roger a pilot & I was cabin crew…. Yes that old cliche.), we bought the Studio in 2009 the day we got married.
After six years of renovation and restyling of 'The Studio', we then spent five years in Hanoi Vietnam, 'Hanoisy' (as the locals call it) where Roger continued to fly and we spent our free time travelling around Asia and Australasia.
Having now returned to the Uk we love returning to Pevensey Bay once or twice a year for rest, relaxation and fresh sea air.
We enjoy wandering along the beach to the local restaurants, sitting in the secluded garden in the sunshine with a glass of wine, or sociable evenings in the open plan area preparing meals for friends and family.
During wintertime we love returning to The Studio after an invigorating walk along the beach, playing the baby grand piano then sitting in front of the roaring wood burner….
