Featuring two king-size beds and luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout, it’s just steps away from some of the city’s finest restaurants and bars. A truly must-visit accommodation, the only difficult part of your stay will be saying goodbye.
The Space:
This modern and spacious duplex apartment was newly converted in 2021, featuring contemporary furnishings and king-size beds. Upon entering the hallway, you’ll find a welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The living space includes an L-shaped sofa bed that sleeps two, a wall-mounted Smart TV, beautifully styled display shelving, and a coffee table. A dining table comfortably seats four.
The stylish royal blue kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, along with a selection of glassware, crockery, and cookware.
The luxurious marble-effect tiled shower room boasts a double shower unit, floating vanity basin, light-up mirror, and WC. The first bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with a velvet-effect headboard and contemporary accents that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Upstairs on the second floor, the second king-size bedroom features a wall-mounted Smart TV, a walk-in dressing area with a dressing table, mirror, and ample hanging space, plus an en-suite, bright, and airy shower room.
For your convenience, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, bed linen, and towels are all provided.
A cot bed is available upon request (one per stay); please note that cot bedding and linen are not provided.
Please note there is no lift within the property. Due to the locality in the heart of a busy high street some ambient city noise may be heard

Bishopthorpe Road offers an eclectic mix of local retailers, with an array of bars, exceptional brunch, lunch and dinner restaurants and cafes you'll be spoilt for food choices within a few feet from the apartment. If you fancy a walk during your stay both Rowntree Park and York Racecourse are a short wander away by the River Ouse. Heading in the other direction over Skeldergate Bridge, you'll be greeted by stunning river views, Clifford's Tower and the City walls. Shops galore can be found in the city centre down the winding streets and snickleways you're sure to stumble across one of the many places to eat and drink that York has to offer.
Getting Around:
If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is by Clifford's tower. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank, walking the city walls, or taking in all that Bishopthorpe Road has to offer.
