Clean and tidy apartment, close to York city centre and attractions.Has everything we needed, including safe onsite parking, which is a real plus in York.Sainsbury's local and Londis just a couple of minutes walk.Panda Mami hot buffet is just a few minutes walk down by the river and worth a visit if you have walked up an appetite.Our second stay here, with no problems at all. We will be back.

Love this flat! I visit my son every few months (I live in Texas. He lives here) and will definitely stay here again. Plenty of room to relax, bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was large enough for my son and I to actually cook. :) Loved the location…super close to my fave coffee shop, the Perky Peacock.

Lovely apartment it was very clean and had all the necessary gadgets you need plus your own parking bay.Its a short walk to all the shops restaurants and attractions it was ideal for us glad we went For the apartment rather than a hotel room .The communication with the host was excellent

This has to have been my best experience yet with Vrbo. The property was just as described. It was clean, well maintained; the sheets and towels were spotless, the floors clean. The kitchen had matching and usable plates, bowls, tea cups and cutlery. It was easy to get to on foot from the train station and highly walkable to the main part of town. We were also just around the corner from a small grocery store and near several restaurants.

Lovely stay. Clean, modern, easy parking and within walking distance of all main activities and shops. Would recommend. The Brazilian restaurant just around the corner on the main road was superb!

This is perfectly positioned for exploring York on foot and for arriving by train. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for us. Nice touches like new t towel and little bag of things you might need ( dishwasher tablets etc).

We had a lovely stay in Debbie's apartment. It was spacious and in a great location. We could easily walk to everywhere in the York centre and there were plenty of good pubs nearby for meals. Debbie gave us a comprehensive list of restaurants and things to do in York. We would recommend a stay in this apartment.

Great location for a short break

Perfect place to stay with the family for a city break in York. Was great being so close to everything, and the flat was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Hi Anne Thank you for your review. We have tried to really make it 'home from home' by living in it ourselves at least twice a year so that we can go out and buy any items are not in the apartment that we find we either need or would like to have. Hopefully that benefits our guests too!

This flat was PERFECT for two couples on holiday. It was within the city walls but on a quiet street. We were able to walk to EVERYTHING we needed even though we had a car. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and well provisioned.

Great flat in great location

Superb location, short walk over bridge to city centre, with parking. Well equipped flat, very clean and good layout. We will book again.
