Apartment located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful building in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Quiet, bright and charming, it comprises a large living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and two half bathrooms (shower and sink) (accommodating a total of 3 people).

The living room has a view on a courtyard and on a private hotel with 3 windows. The kitchen is opened on the living room and is entirely equipped with a washing machine dryer and a dishwasher.

The bedrooms overlook the courtyard, the apartment enjoys an astonishing calm that makes it difficult to believe that we are in the heart of Paris.

As the owner's main residence, the apartment is equipped and furnished with taste and quality products.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.
