La Maison Bleue on the Aven River

The "Blue House" is the lovely annex of one of Brittany's most exceptional private property, situated a few kilometers from Pont-Aven, a prized and beautiful village.
The house has its own entrance and access road, independent of the main house's.
It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, all extremely confortable, and very nice equipments.
A beautiful garden surrounds the Blue House.
A few minutes away, by car or bicycle, is a stunning coastal path. Several beaches are available in the area.

With a surface of 205 square meters (2200 square feet) he house has a vast double living-room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms. 1 next to the living room, and 2 on the upper floor.
Each room has its own bathroom, and the two rooms on the upper floor share a toilet on the landing.
The kitchen features a large table and is fully equipped.
There is also an outdoor wooden table and two benches.

WiFi: internet is provided through a 4G sim card and wireless routers. The signal is present throughout the house and in all rooms, it's fairly steady, and fast enough for web surfing, emailing, but can be limiting for streaming.
