adorable property completely renovated in 2021
Adorable property of 140 m2 of living space, composed of two houses, located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Port Manec'h and the port. Large flat garden and enclosed with hedges overlooking a small alley (street) very quiet. Both houses were renovated in the fall of 2021.
House 1: Ground floor: entrance, large living room with equipped open kitchen (large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, robot, hand blender, Nespresso, kettle, toaster), fireplace, very bright. A room with a 140 bed. A bathroom with toilet.
Floor: mezzanine type landing, large bedroom under the roof with a 160 bed (2x80).
House 2: Ground floor: living room with kitchenette; bedroom 1: 2 beds X 90 cm; bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80 cm and 1 bed of 90 cm; bathroom (washing machine and dryer) with separate toilet.
Floor: bedroom with bed of 160 cm or 2 x 80 cm; small games room under the roof.
Linen provided; sheets and towels as a sanitary measure will be placed on the blister beds.
The village grocery store is at the end of the street. The sailing school on the beach. The coastal paths from the beach.
Garden furniture, BBQ.
Everything is new. Deposit check requested at the entrance of €1,000. Cleaning in addition to €75 to be paid directly to the housekeeper.
Port Manec'h is a very popular seaside resort in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pont Aven, city of painters, Concarneau, Quimper, Lorient... Very beautiful region of character to discover on foot from the house, by car, boat or bike!
