The location of this house is perfect, because a private path leads you to a nice restaurant with a terrace on the water. In the summer, a ferry sails from here to the center of the water sports village of Grou. It is a water sports village with many activities. It is located right in the middle of Friesland, near Leeuwarden. You can rent a sloop 100 m from the house. An ideal place for lovers of the water, tranquility and nature!

The cottage is located in a small-scale park. There is a swimming pool for the little ones that you can use as a guest. The cottage has a spacious, bright living room with an open kitchen that is fully equipped.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
