Cosy apartment just a few minutes' walk from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Maximum capacity for 4-5 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



First floor without a lift with a lovely terrace with views of the swimming pool and a table for 4 people to enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. Living room with TV and 1 single bed, direct access to the terrace.



Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven and washing machine.



The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray).



It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with two swimming pools and a large landscaped area with swings. Ideal for families with children.



Covered parking for one car included in the price.



Free Wi-Fi.



Pets not accepted.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Très belle résidence bien entretenue. Les piscines sont super pour les enfants et l’emplacement près du centre et de la plage sont très appréciables. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, la terrasse est très belle mais celui ci est très vieillissant et pas très bien équipé : manque beaucoup de vaisselles, pas d’aspirateur, beaucoup de choses pour le quotidien, peu de couverts. Les lits sont vieillissants et peu confortables et l’appartement très mal insonorisé. Super potentiel sur cet appartement mais un petit rafraîchissement lui ferait le plus grand bien. Nous avons malgré tout passé de belles vacances !

Superbe résidence mais appartement trop ancien

L agence a été extrêmement efficace. Le check in a été très rapide, les quelques éléments manquant dans l appartement ont vite été réglés par l agence. Leur flexibilité a été très apprécié. La résidence est vraiment très agréable avec les piscines et les grands espaces verts. Sa proximité avec le centre est vraiment apprécié L appartement est très mal isolé. On entend absolument tout (voisin mais surtout la rue avec la sortie de la boîte de nuit un peu plus haut dans la rue). Du coup cela a un énorme impact sur le repos pendant les vacances. L appartement est aussi très ancien et mériterait d être mis à jour. La vaisselle, les plaques électriques, le matériel de cuisine ne sont pas au niveau.

We hebben genoten van deze plek. Dit is een heerlijk ruim appartement met een heel fijn terras met prachtig uitzicht op de goed onderhouden tuinen met waterpartijen. In de verte kun je de zee zien. Alleen het serviesgoed is van alles wat. Het had fijn geweest als er wat ovenschalen zouden zijn.Het bed lag niet echt lekker en kraakte. De handdoeken, waarvoor we extra moesten betalen, zijn aan vervanging toe.

Très bonnes vacances à calella

Calella et les environs, du golfet à tamariu sont sûrement un des plus beaux bord de mer d Europe . L appartement 90 de illa est très bien placé mais il mériterait d étre refait à neuf. Salles de bain trop petits, literies peu confortable. Manque un peu de vaisselle. La vue sur le beau jardin et la mer fait oublier ses points faibles.
