The nearest shops are in Corva (1 km) and small town of Sant'Elpidio (3 km) has restaurants, bars, and a nice beach. Also, nearby you will find sandy beaches in Civitanova Marche (5 km) and Porto San Giorgio (9 km).

Villa Mimosa (130 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofa, table and chairs, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Next to the villa, there is a shady terrace with an outdoor dining/lounge area (with barbecue), and the garden features a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), an outdoor shower and private parking.
