Central 2 Bed House with Garden and Free Parking
A very centrally located 2 bed house with free off-road parking on the drive, an easy 5 min walk to the heart of Cheltenham. Located on a very quiet cul de sac with a sunny garden, this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything that Cheltenham offers while having a comfortable and relaxing base to unwind after a long day.
Walking through the front door, you have the dining room on your left. Benefitting from a large table, perfect for hosting or working from home in comfort. Opposite is the kitchen which has everything you need to cook up a storm. As you walk through the hallway, you come through to the spacious living area which has large windows drawing in lots of natural light from the garden.
Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms and family bathroom. We also have a double sofa bed in the living room so we can sleep 6 here easily. It is a very quiet street helping to get a great night`s sleep here.
**Important:**
We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***
Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
No parties or events allowed.
