Nice, well equipped apartment with a lovely, spacious terrace that gets the sun from morning until 6pm ish. 5 minute walk to San Blas and the shore front. We had hired a car for our weeks stay. Parking not great but we managed to find a space every day on the main street close to the apartment. Television was mostly Spanish, very few English Channels. No air con but plenty of portable fans. Overall would recommend for a value for money short break.
