This beautiful completely updated 3 Bedroom and 2.5 bath townhome has all the amenities and breathtaking views of the Savannah River. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and has anything you will need for your stay including Keurig coffee maker, stove and microwave. Spacious living area with 65 inch flat screen TV. Owners suite has king size bed with 52 inch flat screen and attached full bath and picturesque river views. Second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has full bed. Relax on upgraded deck/downstairs patio or screened in patio overlooking the river. This home is also fully equipped with WIFI. We are just minutes from downtown Augusta with fine dining and plenty of nightlife. We are 1/2 mile from Augusta's perimeter Interstate 520 (Bobby Jones Expressway) and 15 minutes from the gates of the Augusta National Masters Golf Course. Centrally located and approximately 1 mile from transition point for Augusta Ironman.

Best location and view for Ironman 70.3 Augusta

The condo was so convenient for all of the things we wanted and needed to do as we came to compete in the IM 70.3 Augusta. The view of the river was awesome and the condo was decorated to perfection.

Masters week in Augusta

Property owner was outstanding to work with from beginning through the end. Home was clean, organized and conveniently located near Augusta National ( about 19 minutes). The view of the River from the home and waking up in the morning to a sunrise was wonderful!

We were here for the Augusta half ironman. Our hosts contacted us promptly making sure we had everything we needed. It had a very relaxing feel with the deck overlooking the river. It was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this place.

GREAT MASTERS HOUSING!

We were really pleased with every aspect of our stay here. The location is great for the Masters (only 15 minutes from parking) and the house itself is nicer than the pictures. Jeff couldn't have been easier to work with. We will definitely come back next time we're in Augusta!
