Incredible location

Our family, spread over 3 continents met in Italy for 10 days and it was amazing! The house is in the most beautiful location, with private steps that lead directly to the ocean. We bought pool toys from the local COOP and spent many hours in the sea and in the pool. The view is sensational too. The check in was wonderful with Maria and Claudia showing us around and Mineo taking special care of us each day. What a wonderful man. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds/bedding/pillows for a more comfortable sleep. I would also be sure an BBQ was made available for alfresco cooking. Easy changes to make. Thank you, Antonio, Maria and Claudia. And of course, Mineo. Overall it was phenomenal.

We loved our visit here! We vacation biennially to Italy and typically find a place right on the water, whether it's a lake or a sea. This was our first time to this region of Italy, and it offered everything we needed in local entertainment/food, shopping, and nearby daytrips. The villa itself was VERY spacious - mid-century modern design with lots of light (windows) on the main floor, and plenty of outdoor patio space where we all started our days with coffee, chats, etc. while enjoying the views, which are quite spectacular. The bedrooms (6) all had very good air conditioning and sleeping was very comfortable in that regard. There are plenty of bathrooms, some with walk-in showers and others as tubs with shower heads. The kitchen is pretty well equipped; however, we do a lot of cooking at home and purchased some minor things at the local COOP (great and 12 minutes away) to get us through. A caretaker (Mineo) was available as needed to assist with whatever may be needed, such as setting blinds, awning covers, pool needs, recyclables, etc. We really enjoyed his friendliness and support throughout the trip. The pool was one of the best we have had due to general size and depth. We had three young adults in our group (plus 5 other older adults) and the pool was a regular space for them and all of us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, its location, and the fine hosts. We certainly would consider returning here for a future visit.
