The apartment consists of a living / dining room, an open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, extractor hood, and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The other bathroom with sink and toilet. The apartment is equipped with cold/warm air conditioning throughout the house.
The apartment has a very nice veranda with sitting area at the front of the house.
At the back of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the private pool and spacious garden with pergola.
There is a parking space in the underground garage.
The urbanization has direct access to the beach.
The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building.
Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.
