The Rosa and Bouganville flats are located in a modern building with private parking in a quiet street in Peschiera del Garda, in the San Benedetto district, very close to Bergamini beach.
The flats are perfect for a holiday together with friends: both flats share the same main entrance, but are completely separate units inside the building. The one-bedroom flat Rosa is on the ground floor and has a terrace with outdoor dining area, as well as a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning. There is a high quality double sofa bed and another double wardrobe bed. The bed can be folded up or down if required. Both sleeping accommodations are of high quality and comfortable. The flat offers a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, a washing machine, as well as a dining area inside. The flat is designed for a maximum of 4 people.
The location of the flats is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants or shops for daily needs. The old town of Peschiera is about 20 minutes away on foot.

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Die wohnung ist schick, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur die Sauberkeit war ein kleines Manko. Etwas staub und der Abfluss in der Dusche hat sich schnell festgesetzt.
