The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is in a modern residence, on a quiet street, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix. The living area is full of light, thanks to large windows looking out over the garden to the mountains beyond. A glass door leads onto a paved terrace with a table and chair, where guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Back indoors, there are two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for six. The separate kitchen has been beautifully fitted out and is equipped with a combined cooker/induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and drip coffee machine.
Sleeping Bedroom: The master bedroom, with a double bed and bookcase, has a glass door onto the terrace with direct access to the private garden. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom With classic white tiling, the bathroom is equipped with a full bath and shower, basin and W.C.

Location The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix, just 95m from the lifts for the Brévent skiing area, so close to the ski slopes and shuttle buses. Guests can enjoy easy access to the mountains at any time of year.
The slopes nearby are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Whilst in the summer months, there are multiple hiking trails and mountain bike routes to choose from.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, with banks, a weekly market, and supermarkets nearby.

Wonderful location and excellent view. Easy to get to all that is happening in Chamonix within easy walking distance. Return is a pretty steep hill but just something to be aware of. The place was oddly dated but also had some updates. The space is a strange arrangement but also cozy. It turned out to be terrific for our needs. No closet space and the shower was barely that. But we were in a beautiful location so who can complain? Also loved the ease of parking!

Quaint Apartment in a wonderful location
The apartment is spacious and appointed well. The location is excellent, The only shortfalls are the check-in process, the office is nowhere near any available parking. If you have a car and it's a busy day be prepared to park a fair distance from the office. The apartment requires a thorough clean, the kitchen was ok but the remainder of the apartment needs a spring clean
