The fully equipped open kitchen includes a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a television. It has 2 terraces: one facing the garden on the first floor, furnished with a table and chairs, and another on the upper floor. Air conditioning is available on both floors, and free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is available on the same street as the property.
