A beautifully refurbished 5 bedroom house set in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick - welcome to Swansfield. This house offers all that you need for your next holiday with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/diner, lounge and separate conservatory/games room, ample parking and a large, private south-facing garden. Just a short walk to the centre of Alnwick with it's many restaurants, bars and facilities as well as being close to spectacular local beaches and nearby attractions.
The space
Bring the whole family, a group of friends or just the two of you to this large, stylish 5 bedroom house. Swansfield is nestled in a quiet street, 10 minutes walking distance to the town centre of Alnwick and a short drive to many spectacular sandy beaches.
Set over 3 floors, Swansfield has 5 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and 2 additional bathrooms. There is an open-plan kitchen/diner, separate lounge, conservatory, large private south facing garden - perfect for children, dogs and alfresco dining. Swansfield offers the perfect setting for your next holiday to Northumberland.
The Space
Entering the house through the light and airy porch into the hallway, you walk into the comfortable lounge with smart TV, 2 large John Lewis sofas and a log burner for chillier days/nights. Leading on from the lounge is a sun-filled conservatory, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the garden, reading or playing games with 2 sofas beds. For the young at heart, there is an XBox One with 2 controls, jigsaws and puzzles plus a football table.
After an action packed day, enjoy gathering with friends/loved ones in the sociable and contemporary open plan kitchen diner featuring a new shaker- style kitchen with all of the essential amenities needed for your stay including a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and large American style fridge/freezer.
The large seating area takes centre stage in the room with ample seating, wall-mounted smart TV and Bose wireless speaker.
There is a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen with side access to the rear garden.
On the first floor there are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 sumptuous king-size master with en-suite alongside 1 double room and a further room with 2 standard single divan beds. All bedrooms have clothes storage and have been designed to maximise your relaxation with comfort with luxury mattresses and blackout blinds. There is a large house bathroom on the first floor with walk in shower.
Nestled on the second floor are 2 snug and cosy, double rooms and a further contemporary bathroom with bath, toilet and wc.
Swansfield offers a large, private, south-facing rear garden with decked patio area, ample seating and BBQ - perfect for relaxing after busy days out.
There is plenty of parking for all guests with spaces on the drive for 2-3 cars as well as on-street parking.

Other things to note
The second floor bedrooms and bathroom are in the attic space with limited headroom in places.
We are happy for you to bring 2 well behaved dogs but they must sleep downstairs and not climb on any furniture. Any dog litter from the garden/patio area must be removed before leaving the property. We have the right to charge additional cleaning fees if any dog related damage is incurred.
