Welcome to my house!
This house is designed with an open floor plan with a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, microwave, and dishwasher to assist you with the dirty dishes. The dining area features a large sofa, a single bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also an indoor barbecue area where you can unleash your inner grill master and sizzle up a feast fit for royalty.
The property also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The property offers a refreshing pool to cool off and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. Additionally, there is a spacious terrace where you can soak up the sun and take in the beautiful surroundings.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
