Enjoyed our stay here. Our furry child really enjoyed it! Jennifer was very good about letting us know everything going on and always replied to us in a timely manner.

We arrived to a tropical storm. In the future I would tell guests to park on the road highway.

I would stay again. But the window situation should be addressed.

Fishing for the Week

Well kept, Apple Map was very accurate. Neighborhood was well kept. No riffraff to worry about. Master suite was amazing. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. I will stay here again.

Very spacious and close to beach entrance!

Overall, I would recommend this beach house to friends and family. Property manager/owner was quick to communicate which made the rental process much easier. The home was clean, felt no sand on my feet throughout the house walking barefoot. Wonderful views of the water with all the porches/patios around the homes. Will rent again!

Birthday Vacation

The property was so amazing, beautiful gulf views. Plentiful beach access, a great place to find amazing seashells. The home had all needed amenities and internet access when needed. Host was always responsive when you needed her and extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Great House & Good Fishing

House was clean and walking distance to some good fishing spots and a perfect beach for my 5 year old to enjoy. The host was quick on all responses and very accommodating! We will be back asap. Thanks again!

Beach retreat

Generally nice ,short on Tp for 8 guests for 5 nights ,yard around house loaded with very painful stickers ,stay off the grass,master bedroom not very cool , some mold on vents of the master bedroom window unit , over all nice place to stay very accommodating

The property was clean, instructions easy and accurate There were 2 golf cats locked up on the property. I don’t recall having them mentioned in the proposal since I would have gladly rented one of them as the accessible beach is a bit away. We had a great stay and would rent it again

Birthday getaway

We took our son and a friend to enjoy his 16th birthday, the boys had a fantastic time! I really loved the house and how spacious it was. We felt we had enough room away from the boys. Also we were able to enjoy the eclipse while fishing on the beach; then the boys went across the bridge to go play mini golf. We will be back next summer for sure!

Not what was presented online

The property needs repairs and cleaning. Dirty window sills with bugs. Blinds were filthy. Sticky spots on granite and sand on the master bedroom couch. Broken furniture and the upstairs beds were horribly uncomfortable! The kitchen was adequately supplied but appliances were dirty and there was no Kuerig for kcups. Will not stay here again!

Everything was just as described. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view, while the beach was a couple minutes walk away. I will definitely love to come back in the future. CLEANEST PROPERTY AND BEST HOST YET

We vacation a couple times a year and this property has by far been the cleanest of the 20+ properties in the last ten years. This trip was for medical reasons (surgery at MD Anderson) and was for the recovery portion. This said, we contacted the property manager in advance to ensure the property was suitable for post surgery recovery. Jennifer assured us the cleaning was top notch, and she was spot on. The property was well furnished, very clean, and perfect for our needs. Would stay again anytime. Thanks for making a difficult situation so much better. Cheers

We love the area and have many fun memories with the kids running on the beach, collecting sea shells and jumping waves.

We wanted a place that the whole family could have fun. It was really important to us to have an area where the kids would be safe. We did not want a highly traveled road right behind our house or people parking in the beach right in front of the houses. We love this neighborhood. The sea shells are so amazing. The kids always wanted to collect them but the Galveston beaches did not have them. The Treasure Island beaches are full of shells for the kids to find. My daughter has made several necklaces. We hope that you come and stay and enjoy the house as much as we do.
