This is a spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached house, in a quiet residential street with a young family next door. The interior has recently been refurbished and can sleep up to 5 guests with a quiet back garden. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Anti-social behaviour, noise and drug use will not be tolerated.
We don't have many rules but respect for the neighbours, property and no smoking of any kind on the property are non negotiable. Dog Friendly.

There is a double bed in the Master bedroom, a double bed in the back bedroom and a single bed in the cosy box room. All rooms have ample storage in the fitted wardrobes. There is a 3 piece suite in the Livingroom which includes a recliner armchair. Enjoy the 42" HD Smart TV which is connected to Netflix and Amazon. The open plan kitchen/dining room overlooks the garden and with its breakfast bar and large dining table there's plenty of room for socialising over dinner.

A convenient base to explore the Northwest including the coast, nearest beach 1 hour, The Lake District 1 hour, Peak District 35 minutes and Liverpool Docks 45 minutes. Easy access to the countryside, city and motorway network.
