Casa Francesco is a recently renovated apartment located in a quiet and welcoming building. The room is bright and airy. The living room features a ceramic artwork from the Amalfi Coast and is equipped with internet access and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is bright and equipped with every amenity. All of this helps make your stay as peaceful as possible.
My name is Candido, and I live on the Amalfi Coast. For this reason, I won’t always be able to welcome you myself, but two of my friends will be there: Ms. Eleonora and her daughter Francesca
The apartment is located in the historic centre of Pizzo Calabro. It’s just a few metres from the sea and the famous Castle of Joachim Murat. Just a few metres from the apartment, you’ll find all the necessary amenities (bank, pharmacy, delis, restaurants, bars, and beaches). In Piazza della Repubblica, while sitting at one of the famous cafés, you simply must try the renowned Pizzo truffle—perhaps while sipping a cold almond milk—and then take a stroll to the lookout point to enjoy one of our magnificent sunsets. The apartment is accessible by both car and train. In fact, the Pizzo train station is only 1.5 km from the apartment (an 18-minute walk, a 3-minute ride by rickshaw, or a short drive via a private car service). I recommend visiting the little church of Piedigrotta, which can be reached either on foot (20 minutes) or by the characteristic rickshaws. By taking regional trains, all of Calabria’s fantastic destinations are within easy reach. By taking the ferries (Traghetti Lines), which depart from Vibo Marina, the Aeolian Islands are also easy to visit.
