About this property

House T3 and garden, in the heart of the creeks, near Marseille and Carry-Le-Rouet

You will be welcomed at the creek of the vesse in a house of type 3 (for 4 to 6 people) on 800 m² of landscaped garden terraces, perfectly fenced, quiet, no vis-à-vis and having a location private for your vehicle.
You will be charmed by its location facing the scrubland, overlooking the sea, Marseille and its islands.
The fully equipped kitchen and living room open onto a large terrace which is covered and allows, in all seasons, to take meals near the wood oven and barbecue. In summer, it is on the swing that you will be lulled by the song of cicadas and after swimming, it is on the ground of petanque that will play the aperitif.
Our creek, sheltered from the mistral, stretches, in front of its viaduct, a pretty pebble beach 400 m from the house. It is easy to access, regulated in summer and very well located to shine in the area (15 to 30 minutes from all the creeks of the blue coast, 20 minutes from Marseille, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 45 minutes from Cassis and the Parc national des Calanques, 1 hour from the Camargue ...)
From its rugged and rugged coastline, you will be able to take paths along the customs footpath that cross it, which will lead you quickly to secluded coves with clear waters.
You will find in the cove a diving club and a restaurant. All the useful shops are within a radius of 4 km.
To start the holidays, you will be able to order, for the day of your arrival, a Provencal meal as well as the breakfast of the day made by our care with organic and local products.
If you own a boat, there is a launch at the port of the creek and it is possible to benefit from a welcome buoy to moor it extra.

Gisele ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung standen die 13 Köstlichkeiten auf dem Tisch, die traditionell zu Weihnachten gegessen werden. Das Haus ist gemütlich und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolles Haus in großartiger Lage/ Beautiful house in a great location

Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen in einem sehr charmanten Ferienhaus auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück. Die Vermieterin ist eine überaus freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich überdurchschnittlich um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert hat. Vom ersten Kontakt nach der Anmietung bis zur Nachfrage, ob wir wieder sicher zuhause angekommen sind hatten wir eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Es wurde auf jede Nachricht per Mail oder WhatsApp umgehend geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen und bedanken uns sehr für das große und freundliche Engagement der Vermieterin. We spent two wonderful weeks in a very charming holiday home on a beautiful property. The landlady is an extremely friendly hostess who went above and beyond to ensure our well-being. From the first contact after renting the house to the inquiry about whether we had arrived home safely, we experienced very friendly communication. Every message via email or WhatsApp was answered promptly. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house. We would like to thank the landlady very much for her great and friendly commitment.

Tranquillité avec vue sur la mer

Très belle maison à flanc de montagne au cœur d'une calanque calme. Très bien équipé, tant en intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. l'accueil est vraiment très sympa avec quelques attentions de la propriétaire qui reste disponible. Le soleil était au rendez-vous c'était parfait.

Gisèle est une hôte extrêmement accueillante et généreuse en conseils avisés.Le gîte est idéalement placé pour découvrir les falaises à pieds ou en petit train bleu.L'espace extérieur est composé de terrasses aménagées.Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, merci Giséle.

Tout simplement magnifique

Maison magnifique, bien au calme, super-bien équipée et d'une propreté parfaite. Jardin merveilleux. Propriétaire très sympathique, attentive et toujours à dispostion; accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée. Aménagement à la fois joli, confortable et pratique avec une grande attention aux détails. On voit que la propriétaire met du cœur à l'ouvrage. Emplacement idéal pour explorer tous les endroits magnifiques de la Côte Bleue. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous avions le coeur gros en partant. Vivement à recommander. Merci à la propriétaire de sa gentillesse. On reviendra, c’est certain! :-)

Traumhafte Aussichten

Wir haben die ruhig und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft von Gisèle sehr genossen. Die Gartenanlage ist großzügig und parkähnlich an einem Berghang gestaltet, fast wie in einem kleinen Schlösschen. Überall gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Man kann auf eine Eisenbahnbrücke, das Meer und auf Marseille von den Terrassen des Hauses aus sehen. Der Steinstrand am Ende des Berghangs ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Über die Berge kann man in 30 Minuten fußläufig zu einer traumhaften Bucht gelangen, zu der man nicht mit dem Auto kommt. Gisèle ist eine liebe Gastgeberin und der Kontakt über Whats App hat problemlos funktioniert. Unser kleiner Hund war herzlich willkommen. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Badebuchten mit türkisfarbenem Wasser und Küstenwanderwege mit grandiosen Aussichten. Einzig der Parkplatz unterhalb des Grundstücks war etwas kompliziert zu benutzen (rückwärts am Hang einparken), bot dann aber einem schattigen, sicheren Platz. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und werden sie in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Schönes Haus in entspannter Umgebung

Haben die Wochen sehr genossen. Ausblick vom Haus fantastisch. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Topp ausgestattet zum Kochen und Grillen. Liebevolle persönliche Einrichtung mit viel Dekoration. Ohne Auto jedoch nicht zu empfehlen wenn sie Lebensmittel vom Supermarkt benötigen. Verpflegung bekommt man über den Hügel in Niolon. Einfach zum oberen Gartentor etwa 700 m in die Kneipen des Nachbarortes. Für Dusche, Toilette und Bett sollte man als Mieter des Häuschenchs gerne die französische Ernährung bevorzugen. Zum Parken sollte man ein guter Autofahrer sein. WLAN nicht für mitgebrachte Arbeit ausgestattet.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus an der Côte bleue

Wir waren eine Woche bei Gisèle. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und der Garten waren ein Traum. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gisèle ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sejour parfait.

La maison est vraiment agréable, l'extérieure très bien pensé pour profiter du calme de la calanque et de la splendide vue. Plusieurs départs de sentiers accessibles rapidement depuis la maison. Marseille im Sonnenuntergang

Schon bei der Ankunft war der Gesamteindruck überwältigend. Ein tolles terrassiertes Hanggrundstück (trotzdem prima Parkplatz), wunderschön gestaltet mit vielen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten (3 Tische). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (die Beschreibung im Angebot ist korrekt) und von Gisele mit Liebe arrangiert. Meine Frau und ich haben hier herrliche ruhige Tage verbracht. Sonnenaufgang über Marseille. Und abends leuchtet Marseille rötlich beim Sonnenuntergang. Unter dem Haus das ruhige verwinkelte Örtchen La Vesse mit einem schönen Felsstrand (400 m entfernt). Lokale und Märkte der Cote Bleue sind mit dem Auto (oder dem Train Bleue) leicht erreichbar. Ein Idyll zum Entspannen. Und Gisele ist eine liebenswerte und sehr hilfreiche Frau.

alles sauber und ordentlich

Gisele hat uns sehr nett mit einem kleinen Snack und Kaltgetränk empfangen. Sie hat uns alles super erklärt und gezeigt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber gepflegt. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und dementsprechend gepflegt. Highlight dabei ist noch die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Sehr sauber und mit allen eingerichtet was man braucht. Es gibt viele tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten in einen schönen Garten mit vielen Terassen. Es war eine unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Gysell hat uns mit vielen tollen Tips und Infos geholfen. Wir werden sicher noch mal wiederkommen

Au calme de la calanque

Nous avons apprécié les randonnées sur le chemin des douaniers avec un beau ciel bleu. La maison est confortable, et bien équipée, et les terrasses dans le jardin joliment décorées, dabs un environnement calme.

Unsere Reise im Januar...Frühlingsgefühle

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet von der freundlichen Gastgeberin. Das Gelände ist schön angelegt, die überdachte Terrasse sehr gemütlich, der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Leider kommt um diese Jahreszeit kaum ein Sonnenstrahl auf diese Seite der Bucht. Da wir nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, mussten wir jeden Tag fahren, um Sonne zu sehen. Dafür gab es allerdings gute Tipps und eine ausführliche Mappe von den Gastgebern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind aufgetankt in den deutschen Winter gefahren;)

Wuderbarer Herbsturlaub

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen in der ruhigen Calanque La Vesse habe ich eine wunderbare erholsame Woche verbracht. Die moderne Küchenausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Für gemütliches Ambiente sorgt unter anderem ein offener Kamin. Der auf mehreren Ebenen angelegte Garten ist schön gestaltet und hat verschieden Sitzmöglichkeiten, von wo aus man die Aussicht auf das Viadukt und dahinter Meer und Marseille genießen kann. Zudem fährt stündlich eine Regionalbahn über das Viadukt, was Eisenbahner*innenherzen höher schlagen lässt. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer, wo sich morgends spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge ereignen. La Vesse ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und entlang der Côte Bleue, auch mit Bademöglichkeiten, die 2022 auch Anfang November noch genutzt wurden! Niolon mit Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Gisèle ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin, superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach genial! Mir als Zugreisende war Gisèle schon für die Anreise mit Tipps und Informationen sehr behilflich. Auch für die Tatsache, dass Ende Oktober/Anfang November Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in Niolon saisonbedingt nicht mehr vorhanden waren, hatte Gisèle pragmatische Lösungen. Merci beaucoup und bis zum nächsten Mal! Julia

Maison atypique ou l'on se sent aussi bien que chez soi. Vue magnifique sur le viaduc avec la mer et la rade de Marseille. Merci à Gisèle, la propriétaire pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils de découverte de la région.

Jahreswechsel 21 /22 in La Vesse

Sehr gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit 140er Bett, sehr ruhig trotz Einflugsschneise. Schöner Garten auf mehreren Ebenen. Gisèle ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Heizung kommt im Winter an ihre Grenzen. Uns (ganz persönlich) war zuviel Deko und unnütze Dinge im Haus. Aber damit kann man leben… wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und der Ort ist ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden.
