Belles Challes building, view of Mont Blanc 20 meters from the daycare center and 50m from the ski school.
Studio 4/5 people on the 8th floor, in a corridor independent of the stairwell (quiet) direct access to the parking lot without the need to take the elevator. Direct access to the track without having to take the stairs.
Entrance with 2 bunk beds and a pull-out bed, coat rack, ski rack, wardrobe, Bathroom, 2-plate kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, combined microwave oven.
Living room: 2 single beds, 2 tables, 4 chairs, 2 stools, television, wardrobe, sliding door to separate the studio into 2 rooms, balcony with view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille des Glaciers.
Usual equipment: pressure cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, raclette set, fondue set. The apartment is equipped with 5 duvets. It is possible to rent bed linen in the resort.
There is a refundable deposit of 400 € which can be given in the form of a check to the real estate agency. I did not include it in the price so the tenant does not have to pay it in advance.

Très chouette appartement bien agencé

Appartement très très bien situé, très bien agencé avec rangement/placard (plutôt rare). Très bon accueil, bon suivi, propriétaire très agréable et réactive/à l’écoute. On y a passé une tres agréable semaine à 3 (4 plus compliqué je pense du fait du petit espace). Seul vrai bémol : donne sur le parking, extrêmement bruyant avec fumeurs et chiens matin/soir à aboyer. Les vitrages de ce type de bâtiment sont de vraies feuilles de papier. Cela étant, on y reviendra avec grand plaisir..!!!!!

Un appartement bien situé et très bien équipé. Des propriétaires absolument adorables !

L’appartement est aux pieds des pistes et dispose de tout l’équipement dont on a besoin. Il est bien agencé et a plus de place qu’on ne pense. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables. Ils se plient en quatre pour nous faire plaisir. Mini bémol : pas de wifi et malheureusement Orange ne captait pas dans l’appartement mais en vacances on est aussi là pour déconnecter ! Et comme dans toutes ces résidences, il y a beaucoup de bruit côté lits superposés (fêtards, lêve-tôts...) mais c’est inévitable donc emmenez des boules quies. En tout cas un super séjour dans un logement très sympa !

Praktische en gezellige studio

Een studio die gezellig is gerenoveerd. Het meest opvallende is hoe praktisch de woning is De kleine ruimte is echt optimaal ingericht en het ruimtegevoel is eerder groter dan de werkelijke oppervlakte. Top aan deze woning is dat ze zo dicht bij de pistes ligt (20 meter stappen tot aan je eigen deur en skiën maar !) en ook dicht bij alle voorzieningen. Je logeert in een groot gebouw met veel wooneenheden, af en toe hoorden we in de verte de buren of feestende mensen buiten, wat in een carnavalsweek niet te vermijden valt en ons geen grote overlast bezorgde. De keuken is prima uitgerust en ook de badkamer is in orde en gaf binnen de twee seconden voldoende warm water om met 4 personen te douchen. Contact vooraf en afhandeling door kantoor was prima.

Clean and tidy apartment close to slopes

Nice apartment and location, a pleasurable stay apart from the below: This is not a reflection on the owner but the building managers need to enforce the ‘no noise after 10pm’ rule they have posted everywhere more vigorously, the noise from inconsiderate people in the early hours (2am onwards) is disruptive to say the least, we were woken by drunk, loud and disrespectful louts every night.

Belle décoration et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est positionné à proximité immédiate des pistes (sans besoin de prendre l'ascenseur). Seul petit bémol : il est orienté Nord. La déco est récente et choisie avec beaucoup de goût. L'appartement est également très bien équipé. Enfin, nous avons eu un excellent contact avec la propriétaire que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse.
