Ideally located with ski-to-door departure, in the upscale area of the resort (Le Chantel). , Luxury residence with sauna and hammam pool.
Ski-in ski-out, private covered parking, private ski locker with boot dryer, wifi (week pass € 15 to € 25), terrace with view over the valley, not overlooked.
Accommodation equipped with dishwasher, fridge, combined oven, induction hob, coffee maker, TV.

Apartment was very good, comfortable beds and just a short walk from the main town shops but not an issue at all. Communication from the host was quick and very helpful. Great view of the valley from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment but hard work

Nice apartment, great location, fabulous views. Only one toilet and extractor fan broken, not ideal. Generally harder work than the standard rental, numerous and complicated instructions regarding getting there / checking in / codes for parking, for key entry, extra costs for linen and then another (mad!) cost to have it delivered to the apartment (alternative: pick them up yourself from the concierge which is in a completely different - and hard to find - location). Weird cleaning arrangements. Even if you pay the cleaning fee you are expected to clean the kitchen / scrub bins yourself (why??). All in all, we had a lovely week but be prepared for a stressful first day while you try to figure out the complicated instructions - and a stressful last day, when you have to clean the loo and realise they’ve not left you any rubber gloves.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied des commerces et des restaurants. Pour ne pas monter Ă  pied avec les courses depuis Charvet (qui est plus bas), on prenait la remontĂ©e mĂ©canique DAHU (ouverte de 08:30 Ă  23:00) et puis descendait jusqu’à la rĂ©sidence (en partie sur la piste). Il y a aussi une superette en haut Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la remontĂ©e. L’appartement est assez fonctionnel, 2 salles de bains sont un plus, le balcon avec la belle vue sur les montagnes. On a bien apprĂ©ciĂ© les skis aux pieds pour dĂ©part/arrivĂ©e et le casier Ă  ski avec chauffe chaussures. On vous conseille de louer votre matĂ©riel en haut chez Intersport (Le Chantel Edenarc), un nouveau magasin oĂč il n’y a pas de files. On a bien profitĂ© de l’accĂšs gratuit dans l’espace dĂ©tente (piscine, sauna et hammam), prĂ©voir les peignoirs pour la facilitĂ©. La communication trĂšs efficace avec les propriĂ©taires bienveillants.

Nous avons réservé pour une semaine de vacance dans cet appartement.a notre arrivé, nous avons ete tres déçu du nettoyage deplorable qui n avait pas ete fait dans notre appartement. Poussiere partout, poil dans baignoire, traces sur les vitres . De suite. J ai prevenu la compagnie des propriétaires ainsi que la propriétaire de l appartement que cela ne se fait pas de loue un appartement aussi sale surtout que ma femme est tres allergique. La seule reponse de la propriétaire a ete de ne plus reserve leurs logements si le nettoyage nous convient pas et que nous sommes les seules a se plaindre du nettoyage. Au final etre obligé de faire le nettoyage des notre arrivé pour avoir un logement propre je trouve cela inadmissible. Logement mal isole avec nuissance constante , manque de placard A eviter et propriétaire pas a l ecoute de ces locataires pour trouver des solutions.

Excellent potentiel, mais confort et propreté n'étaient pas à la hauteur du prix.

L'appartement est bien placĂ© pour le ski. On arrive et on repart ski aux pieds, c'est un plaisir. L'appartement est assez grand et bien agencĂ© pour 4 personnes. La procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e est gĂ©niale, la place de parking est proche. Malheureusement, il y a pas mal de choses qui ne correspondaient pas Ă  nos attentes en considĂ©ration du prix de location. Tout d'abord quelques dĂ©tails Ă  amĂ©liorer : * Il y a quarte penderies mais pas assez d'Ă©tagĂšre. Si bien que nous avons dĂ» laisser nos affaires dans les sacs ou les poser sur les tabourets du salon... * La cuisine manque de boite pour stocker les restes et d’un placard vide pour stocker les courses. Et des choses plus gĂȘnantes, qui nous ont déçues : * L'appartement n'Ă©tait pas propre. Nous avons eu l'impression que le mĂ©nage de dĂ©but de saison n'avait pas eu lieu. Les plinthes, les abat-jours, les intĂ©rieurs des placards et les espaces sous les lits Ă©taient poussiĂšreux. (Les salles de bains, sanitaires et cuisine Ă©taient propres.) * Les coussins du banc de la salle Ă  manger Ă©taient sale. * Les alaises sur les lits Ă©taient parsemĂ©es de long cheveux noirs... * De plus, un des matelas du lit parental est enfoncĂ© sur 10 ou 15 cm de large. Nous avons bien sur remontĂ© les soucis de propretĂ© Ă  la compagnie des propriĂ©taire, qui a pris bonne note, mais n’a pas agi
 L’appartement n’est pas vraiment calme, on entend un bruit sourd qui est probablement dĂ» Ă  l’ascenseur ainsi que le personel de la rĂ©sidence et les touristes passer dans le couloir. Globalement, cette appartement a un magnifique potentiel, qui pour nous Ă  Ă©tĂ© gĂąchĂ© par des dĂ©tails qui n’auraient pas dĂ» ĂȘtre. Dommage.

Good accomodation, great ski in and out and everything you need Information could be clearer for English guests especially about location of hotel, key safe on door so no need to visit concergie, missing bip for garage but was resolved
