This modern flat on the former grounds of a market garden in the south-east of Erfurt (rural structure surrounded by fields) is the ideal starting point for your excursions in Erfurt (centre 4 km away) and the surrounding area. If you appreciate suburban tranquillity but still want to reach the city centre quickly, this is the place for you. The flat is also suitable for longer stays due to its furnishings.

The T.E.C. Thuringian shopping centre (bakery, Aldi, Kaufland, Media Markt, OBI and much more) is 1.3 km away. A farm shop is located directly in the district.

You can get to the public transport system via a bus stop about 150 metres from the front door (journey time to Erfurt main station about 7 minutes).

Check-in is flexible and independent via a key box. The PIN will be sent by e-mail before arrival.

Among other things, we will be happy to provide you with information about the tourist highlights in Erfurt and Thuringia in person - in addition to the information brochures available.

Wir durften zehn Tage in dem sehr schönen Apartement Casa Rehse verbringen und hatten dort eine schöne Zeit in Thüringen. Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Von Dittelstedt ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung nach Erfurt und auch Weimar und Gotha sind nicht weit. Wir sagen Daumen hoch und können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

Zwischen den Jahren

Hier passt einfach alles: Sehr schöne Wohnung, die modern, stilvoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet ist. Liebevolle Details wie bereitgestellte Erfrischungsgetränke, Kaffee nebst Filter etc. haben uns gleich beim Ankommen das Gefühl gegeben, in ein Zuhause einzuziehen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief tadellos und gänzlich unkompliziert. Die An- und Abreise konnten wir dank Schlüsselbox ganz flexibel gestalten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Familie Staufenbiel! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bewertung eines Azubis

Schon die Anreise hat sich unkompliziert gestaltet: da die Wohnung ca. 4km außerhalb von Erfurts Innenstadt gelegen ist kommt man mit verhältnismäßig wenig Verkehr an. Mein Auto konnte ich direkt vor der Wohnung abstellen und den Schlüssel aus einem elektrisch verschließbaren Schlüsselfach nehmen. Über zwei Treppen gelangt man dann in die Wohnung. Diese ist modern und neu eingerichtet und ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das einzige Manko der Dachgeschosswohnung ist die Schräge der Wände, die mich allerdings nur im Bad gestört hat aber man gewöhnt sich dran. An Elektronik fehlt nur eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner aber innerhalb von Erfurt findet man einen Waschsalon bei dem man für wenig Geld waschen und trocknen kann. Gegenüber der Wohnung hat man ein Eiscafè, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und auch wenn man gern laufen geht ist die Wohnung eine gute Wahl. Mit den Vermietern kann man regen Kontakt pflegen und sie sind sehr zuvorkommend. Ich war für fünf Wochen Mieter bei ihnen und würde auch immer wieder diese Wohnung wählen.

The team at Casa Rehse looks forward to your visit. Spend relaxing days with us. We are a family business and have lived for generations - traceable back to the 17th century under the family name Rehse - on the property where our ancestors ran a gardening business for centuries.

We have been volunteering for generations - most recently, the couple Verena and Christian Staufenbiel represented the prince couple of the state capital Erfurt at the carnival (session 2021/2022).

One of our passions is our connection to our hometown of Erfurt. It would be a great pleasure for us if we could welcome you and get to know one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. We would be happy to accompany you in this process and are happy to provide you with advice and support at any time.
