Villa Lila with a private pool and mountain views is an attractive holiday villa in a fabulous location. Situated in a quiet residential area, on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca, just a short stroll (15/20 minutes) to the centre of town and to the long sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The villa sleeps 8 guests and is reached off the pool terrace leading into a very large split-level lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished and has a TV with News and International channels and DVD Player. From the rear of the dining area, an inner hall leads to the fully fitted kitchen with access out to the terrace. On this level are also two air- conditioned bedrooms, a twin and a double bedroom, one has an en-suite bathroom whilst the other has sole use of a separate bathroom. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and another bedroom with 3 single beds, both have air-conditioning and ensuite shower rooms. Outside, the raised private pool with shallow end for children takes pride of place. There is plenty of garden furniture for dining or relaxing, table tennis for additional entertainment and also a superb brick-built barbeque for grilled meals al fresco.
Villa Lila has a sister property next door called Casa Benjamin (sleeps 4), they share the same lovely owner and can be rented at the same time for groups of up to 12 guests who wish to holiday together but maintain their own space.
Located within walking distance to a fabulous sandy beach, shops, bars and amazing restaurants the villas are a great choice for families and friends seeking a relaxing holiday in Mallorca without the necessity of car hire.
