The villa is located in a quiet setting and features five bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. The three bedrooms in the main house each have their own ensuite bathrooms. The two annex bedrooms share one bathroom, which is located inside the twin room — guests staying in the double room must pass through the twin room to access it.

The property offers air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, a Bluetooth audio system, and a smart TV. Surrounded by a large garden, the villa provides a peaceful and private atmosphere, allowing you to feel fully immersed in nature during your stay.

There is a large private pool with a sun bed chill-out area, simply perfect for lazy days relaxing under the Ibizan sun. This villa also has the luxury of an outdoor dining area that is situated within the shade of the trees, perfect for alfresco dining during the day or carrying on to the evening. To make your stay that much more entertaining, the extras boast a ping-pong court with table and rackets, a wood fire oven, a fireplace and a BBQ.

The location of this villa is ideal. Only a short drive away from some of the best beaches in Ibiza; such as, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida. Supermarkets are also very close by.

- This is a residential area, loud music is not allowed after midnight. The celebration of illegal parties, profit or non-profit, will result in the immediate eviction of the guests from the villa without any refund. Authorities will be warned if needed.

- Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.

- Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed to book.

- Late-night (after 8pm) check-ins are charged 80€.

- We provide cots (+60€) and high chairs (+30€) if required.
