We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.
This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.
Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.
Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Bittersweet
I was surprised to see that the bill was a hundred dollars more than what the listing showed. I left a couple of articles of clothing and sent a message to the host to try to recover them, and he never responded.

Nice location…….BUT needs an update.
Great location and the rental property agent was helpful.
Place needs updating. These are the issues we had.
1. Air conditioning- only one in the dining room. It is not powerful at all and dripped constantly. The other rooms have fans only. If it was a normal September in Malta, the temp would have been too hot to be able to sleep. While we were there the average temp at night was below 25c. If you advertise aircon, it means all over the flat, NOT one room !
2. Shower is small in the onsuite. I am 175cm tall. I had trouble washing my feet. Bend over and i bump the shower door. It would open and the floor would get all wet. ALSO, the tap sticks out approx 15cm. This means you bump it constantly, cold, very hot and more often than not OFF !
3. Also, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. So, steam from shower affects the mirrors. The toilet smells linger as well due to no exhaust fan.
4. There are no instructions for the washing machine. Took us a couple of days to work it out by trial & error.
5. Fridge leaked every now and then, leaving a puddle of water around it.

Great location but difficult parking
The location is fantastic and the technology in the flat is all very modern. Cleaning was mostly good but some areas were unclean. The lift broke down 2 of the 5 days we were there. Overall the location was worth it. However, it says 'parking available' this is misleading and is in the form of an underground car park nearby. The property does not have parking.
