Very nice villa on 2 levels with 2 separate apartments, can be rent separately except in season, very beautiful sea view with direct access to the beach which is 30m, (possibility to rent several villas of 2/5/6/9 / 10/12 pers) the 1 floor consists of 2 bedrooms with beds 160, upstairs 1 bedroom x 1 bed 90 and 1 bed 140 with bathroom and toilet, 1 very large mezzanine with 1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 90with air conditioning close by blackout curtains, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets, 1 kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and all the comfort for 12 people, living room dining room large terasse with outdoor kitchen with plancha, 2 shower ext with hot water, tv with tnt, appt du bas, 2 bedrooms with bed 140 in each ch 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with dining area equipped kitchen lava linen and dishwasher, terrace with plancha and breakfast corner in low ri the cavo, tv access direct sea and beach and river wifi

Wonderful place on the beach

We really recommend this house for its wonderful location 2 minutes from a beach that is never too crowded. Be prepared to close an eye on the fact that the house is not very clean, you have to pay for the bed linen and household appliances may not work and nobody will help you fix them. But all in all it is worth going.
