Well-equipped beautiful condo in a great location. Have stayed in Sayan condos multiple times and wouldn’t hesitate to book 4G again. Owners and property manager are very responsive and easy to work with and on-site staff are always friendly and helpful.

Fantasy vacation!

It’s a perfect place for a long stay or a weekend getaway. This place has everything - ocean sunset views, infinity pools, bright and open living spaces, a private beach and amazing concierge service. You’ll never want to leave the building! The rooms are exquisitely decorated and bring instant relaxing vibes right when you walk in! Definitely fulfills that fantasy vacation! Great for a friend getaway or a family trip. We’ll definitely return for our next trip to puerto Vallarta.

Absolutely Fantastic

I can't say enough good things about Sayan Beach, apartment 4 G and Ron and his manager Moises. Everything about this place, the building, the apartment itself, the pools, the restaurant, the location, the beach and the staff are are excellent. The apartment is beautiful and has and every gaget and amenity needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can't overstate how good the restaurant is, we tried at least 5 places in town that were highly recommended and the restaurant at Sayan Beach was better, the food was beautifully presented and better still delivered right to your chaise lounge pool side. Drinks were great too. My family and I can not get back here soon enough. Thanyou Ron and Moises for a great stay.

Beautifully Decorated

This is a beautiful condo, very well decorated but still comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bath which makes it a great place for 3 couples or singles to stay. The condo complex is extremely nice with in house restaurant, bar and pools on both the ground level and the rooftop. It was thoroughly a wonderful place to stay.

I loved Ronnie’s condo!! This is the perfect place to stay because it’s beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s perfect for groups. Ronnie was very helpful with any questions I had I will definitively stay here again.

Love this place!

This is our third time at the Sayan Beach property and second time renting this unit. The views, amenities, and service are second to none. It’s so close to the heart of the city by foot or by cab/Uber. I can’t say enough good things.

Sayan Beach is amazing!

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet and tranquil—which is what we wanted-and not too far from Zona RomĂĄntica! Simply climb over the little montaña to reach the bigger beach and Zona RomĂĄntica. Definitivamente want to come back! Such a beautiful condo.

We had a great time. It was very relaxing and a beautiful sitting. We enjoyed the amazing location and the ability to walk down the beach to one of the famous restaurants. The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The building staff were wonderful and we thought both the quality and price of the on site restaurants were a nice added value.
