Lovely stay in quiet, edge of central area

Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. Problem with TV and it was sorted out quickly. While the address was given, there was a small problem in finding the flat (two building entrances and the apartment number was not listed on the email) and in reaching anyone as it was a Sunday. (We extended a day and were locked out, again had trouble reaching staff, who are were very nice when we took the time to visit the office, but we rated Service as average as it seemed more training might have helped. The terrace furniture could be improved.

Enttäuschendes apartment downtown Fao

Die Wohnung ist laut, Wände und Fenster sind dermassen dünn und schlecht, schlafen ist unmöglich. Ausserdem müffelt es in der Wohnung, es hat Silberfische in den Bädern. Das kleine Duschbad ist ausser als Toilette nicht zu gebrauchen. Es gibt keinen Balkon, das Foto ist von einer schlecht erreichbaren roofterrace.

As clearly indicated in the property listing, the accommodation is located in the town center, where a certain level of ambient noise may be expected. This is a known characteristic of centrally located properties and is noted in the description to ensure transparency. Furthermore, the listing does not advertise a balcony, but an exterior space. The property management team is committed to providing accurate information and a positive experience for all guests, and it is regrettable that this stay did not align with those standards.
